## About FCMS

Fare Compliance Management System (FCMS) helps Transport Officers to conduct and record their work.

1. Record your activities in an electronic journal
2. Record interactions with customers
3. Issue customer fines/cautions, as well as parking fines.

## About FEIMS

FEIMS is a cloud and mobile platform that provides:

* Senior Network Officers with a mobile tool to issue infringements, match offender details, track their activities and record and respond to incidents;
* Fines and Investigations Unit Officers with a database management platform to manage the lifecycle of penalty and warning notices issued by authorised officers including entering paper notices, managing adjudications, creating correspondence and working with TRAILS, SPER and other systems;
* Revenue Protection Unit Officers with the ability to generate detailed reports on their activities from the perspective of officer performance, service provision to operators and joint police operations to name a few; and
* External parties such as Queensland Rail Officers with limited access to search offenders;
* The general public with a way to access electronic authority to travel flash cards, and access to download electronic notices;
* Administrators with aids such as resource tracking, reference materials, user management, security and audit.

As a key feature, FEIMS also provides modern integrations with TMR’s other business systems including TRAILS, HASTUS and RM8.

## About TRIPS

TRIPS (Transport Infringement and Penalty System) replaces the PERIN (Penalty Enforcement by Registration of Infringement Notice) system.

It is designed to manage reports of Non-Compliance (RoNCs), client services including issuing of notices, payment management and enforcement activities.

### Key Differences between TRIPS and PERIN

TRIPS replaces the previous PERIN system, and it differs from PERIN in the\
following key ways:
