Accessing the Register
This section explains how to access and log in to the VPR.
Logging in
Local Government VPR Coordinators or VPR Users (Council officers) will access the VPR through Crisisworks. All other users should follow the directions below.
To login as an agency, you will need an active account with a username and password. This applies to Home and Community Care users of council, where applicable.
New agencies can register on the VPR home page. Registrations are sent to your local government agency coordinator for approval. After approval, you will receive access notification.
To log in:
Go to https://vpr.crisisworks.com.
In the login box (located on the left hand side of the welcome screen).
Enter your username into the Username box.
Enter your password into the Password box.
Click the "Login" button.

Each time you login to the VPR you must agree to the terms and conditions. Tick all three checkboxes and use the "I Agree" button to proceed. You will then be directed to the dashboard and ready to use the system.
