Missing menu item, can't access module or register
Problem
You've signed in, but can't access the areas (modules or registers) that you're expecting to be able to.
Explanations
The menu may not have loaded correctly
Certain factors can sometimes cause a delay in menus loading after going on duty, such as the loading of system permissions.
Solutions
Refresh the webpage. If this doesn't help, try running the Diagnostics, this can help reload the permissions for the menus.
Not on duty with the right position
Most modules and registers require you to go on duty to an Event that has that module enabled be able to access them.
Solutions
Check the Events menu for your duty status. Check that you're on duty to the right event with the right position.
Don't have the right position
You need the right positions to be able to access a module or register.
For example, to access the Recovery menu you need access to the Recovery module which requires a Recovery position.
Solutions
Check your user profile and make sure you have the right positions. Check the positions in the relevant module or register guide. If you don't have the right position, ask your administrator to add it.
The register or module isn't enabled for the event you're working in
Your system administrator manages which registers and modules are enabled for an event. If the register or module isn't added, you won't be able to access it.
Solutions
If you've ruled out the above explanations, check with your system administrator that the event has the module or register enabled.
