When saving an item after attaching photos or files, you may receive this error:

Large Files

Extremely large files can take quite some time to upload, especially if the Internet connection on your device is poor or unreliable, causing the data transfer to time out.

Solutions

The following may help:

• reducing the file size using the quality before uploading them

• uploading a few files at a time rather than several at once
