Contact is not an allowed Council organisation for VPR access -permission will not be set

Problem

You're trying to save a user and receive the following message:

Your form could not be saved

Contact #xxxxx is not an allowed Council organisation for VPR access - permission will not be set

Explanations

Vulnerable Persons Registers (VPR) and Organisation field

The user has a position for coordinator access to the Vulnerable Persons Registers (VPR).

In order for this to work, the Organisation field must be set to 'Council' and the system won't allow it to be set to anything else.

Solution(s)

The solution depends on whether or not the user has or needs access to the Vulnerable Persons Registers (VPR).

Remove the Position If the user does not or should not access the Vulnerable Persons Register, removing the VPR Coordinator position and saving should fix the issue.

Change the to Organisation field to Council This should be done anyway as the field to prevent the error message. Council should appear as an option in the list. If there is more than one option with that name you may need to try multiple and clean up the list. Save once changed.
