Cannot add new import
Problem
When accessing the System Administrator area, New Import is not available as an option.
Explanations
Not on duty with a System Administration position
You need to be on duty to at least one Event with one System Administration position.
Solution
Ensure that you are on duty to at least one Event with one System Administration position
Run Diagnostics in Your User Account
If the above doesn't work, Sign Out and Sign back in to update your permissions
User Security Problem
Sometimes your user's permissions may need refreshing and the above doesn't work.
Solution
Contact the Service Desk and request to run user security permissions maintenance, the Service Desk will need your email and Site to perform this task.
