Recovery Task Import

This page explains how to use the Recovery Task Import option.

Overview

You can add/or update Needs & Tasks and in bulk using the Recovery Task Import option. This is intended for use with tasks related to Cases only.

Considerations

When importing consider the following:

• ID - is used to match to existing tasks if updating

• Status - must be numeric

• Case ID - if linking to an existing Case

Import File

A CSV format file is required with the correct field mappings.

Refer to the Import Field Mappings section in the Import Instructions section for the latest import file requirements.

Import Steps

To import the file:

1. Refer to the general instructions in Imports.

2. In the General section select Type: Register Items

3. For Parsing Rule: select Recovery Task

4. Under Import File: use the Add file button
