Inspections
This section outlines the Inspections module which is used primarily for compliance.
Overview
The Inspections module is used primarily for compliance and prevention phase of the emergency management lifecycle.
In addition to streamlined field reporting, Inspections supports the ability for contractor and sub-contractor task delegation and management.
Inspectors, Field Officers and Assessors can use the mobile app to capture information from the field.
Elements of the compliance solution include:
Crisisworks Mobile app (for field reporting) including:
Inspection/Field Reporting functions
Online and Offline (synch) modes
Route tracker
Crisisworks Cloud including:
Inspections Module
Compliance registers
Correspondence and Mail Merge functions
Import
Assets (include your own property data from your council system)
Asset Contacts (secure access to owner information for sending notices to property owners)
Export system
Manual - for mail merging etc
Automated - via the secure Crisisworks API for integration with other systems
Positions
Each register in this module has its own list of positions. Refer to the relevant register for its list of compatible positions.
Access
Access to the module and certain registers is limited to positions working with inspections.
To access Inspections:
Sign in with an Inspections position (refer to the relevant register)
In the Modules Menu select Inspections
If your account doesn't have access to this module and you need to use it, contact your System Administrator.
Registers
Access to each of the listed registers is based on your system's configuration and license.
Provides a way to report and track Fire Prevention Infringements, both in the field and in the office.
Manages contractor (grass cutter) tasks, communication and costs for compulsory clearing.
For recording roadside weeds and pests with mapping functionality and mobile app support.
Reports
Each register in this module has its own list of reports. Refer to the register for the list of compatible reports.
