System Text

This page explains how the System Text library item is used and the settings used.

Overview

The Library contains several pre-created System Text items that contain help text that appears in the sidebar of public forms. These items can be edited and customised to offer additional information and instruction for users completing the form.

The following are the System Text items currently available for editing:

• Public Relief Centre Help Text

• Public Permit Help Text

• Public Offer Help Text

Existing System Text records

This item type is aligned with a system ID that connects back to the public form, and anything you add into the rich text area of this page will display on the form.

A special feature in the Advanced field set allows users to lock the page against accidental changes.
