Expertise
Save up-to-date details of skills, training and experience for Contacts in the Expertise Register.
Overview
Expertise provides the ability to easily identify staff with specific skills and experience as well as identify individuals who may require training to fill skill gaps in your organisation.
In addition, when an emergency hits, you will be able to easily find contacts with key skills, then communicate with them to confirm their availability for an event.
Expertise is only available for individual contacts, not organisations. Unlike other similar items it does not have a register for management. You can add as many Expertise records as needed.
To view Expertise select the contact and expand the Expertise section.
