Reporting Security Concerns
If you have discovered a problem in the security of Datalink's software, you can report it as follows:
Using Datalink's Service Desk (recommended for customers reporting issues) — all security incidents are treated with priority, and critical security issues can be flagged as a SEV-1 for fast response.
Contact your Datalink representative (recommended for low urgency discussions) — for low urgency contact such as to organise a call with Datalink's information security team, it's best to liaise with your account representative.
Emailing our security mailbox — our engineering team monitors for security reports via [email protected].
If you have discovered a vulnerability in our system then we'd be happy to hear about it.
Note that we do not run a bug bounty program, and we do not pay for unsolicited vulnerability reports.
